The same applies to mindfulness, whose advantages have been developed through various studies that highlight its task in controlling tension and intrusive thoughts, improving the controlling of emotions and profits for the psychological and physiological area. As for relaxation techniques, there are various exercises such as progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing, massage or meditation. There are also those related to physical activity, such as, for instance, yoga, and those that focus on outside stimuli: music therapy, art therapy, aromatherapy or hydrotherapy.
